State Key Laboratory of Water Environment SimulationTime :2016-05-29

SKLWES was established in 1995, thence playing an important role as a platform for research on water environment and water ecology and cultivation of creative personnel with high publicity. The laboratory conducts science and engineering researches ranging from fundamental to applied ones to meet the state strategic demands and solve the issues varying from short-term, medium to long term planning to present theoretical basis and technical support for the decision-makers. Through active academic exchanges and joint international project applications, the laboratory has made great progress in collaboration with more than 20 renowned universities, institutes and organizations from the United States, Britain, Japan, Canada and other countries and areas such as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, which in turn effectively strengthen the research and educational levels of the laboratory.
